About AGCPI

All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative (AGCPI) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit working in partnership with local leadership in Ndola, Zambia. We focus on long-term, community-rooted development through education, skills training, and trauma healing.

We work in one specific community. We build slowly. We stay present. Our aim is stability, dignity, and generational change.

Our Mission

AGCPI exists to strengthen communities by supporting children and families with access to education, emotional resilience, and practical skills.

We believe lasting change grows through relationship, consistency, and shared responsibility.

Vision: A community in which children and families experience dignity, opportunity, and the capacity to thrive.

Core Commitments:

  • Compassion expressed through action
  • Partnership with local leadership
  • Long-term sustainability
  • Cultural humility and respect

What This Work Includes

Our programs operate in partnership with local educators and community leaders in Zambia.

Education
All Is Grace School provides primary education to children who would otherwise have limited access to formal schooling.

Trauma Healing
Workshops and conversations create space for emotional awareness, resilience, and family stability.

Skills Training
Practical instruction in trades such as tailoring, carpentry, and metal work supports income generation and self-reliance.

Family Support
We address immediate needs related to food, safety, and stability where necessary, always with long-term context in mind.

Why This Work Matters

Poverty is rarely only about income. It is often reinforced by limited educational opportunity, unresolved trauma, and instability across generations.

Our approach addresses these realities together. Education supports children. Skills training supports young adults. Trauma awareness strengthens families. Each element reinforces the others.

Change is gradual. It is built through consistency rather than urgency.
