Team
The work of AGCPI is made possible by individuals who bring experience, accountability, and care to every aspect of the mission. From volunteer board members in the United States to educators and program staff in Zambia, each person contributes to the stability and growth of the work. AGCPI partners with local leadership in Zambia to implement programs in education, skills training, and trauma healing.
Leadership and Governance
John Miller, Founder and Executive Director
John founded AGCPI to support long-term, community-rooted development in Ndola, Zambia. His professional background includes work in pharmaceutical research and global health. He currently serves in a senior technical role at the Clinton Health Access Initiative while leading AGCPI’s strategic direction.
Board of Directors
AGCPI is governed by an independent volunteer board responsible for fiduciary oversight, financial review, and long-term sustainability. The board reviews financial activity, monitors compliance, and supports strategic direction.
School and Program Staff
In Zambia, our work is implemented through local educators, cooks, caretakers, and vocational instructors who carry out the daily operations of All Is Grace School and related programs.
We are also building a network of skilled instructors in carpentry, tailoring, metal fabrication, and jewelry making who provide practical, income-generating training rooted in real-world experience.
Supporting the Work
Every program is carried out by real people serving their community. If you would like to see the needs we are currently addressing, you can review them here.
