The work of AGCPI is made possible by a committed team of individuals who bring their hearts, hands, and experience to every aspect of our mission. From classroom teachers to board members to community mentors, each person contributes something essential.
Leadership and Governance
John Miller, Founder and Executive Director
With roots in pharmaceutical research, John now works at the Clinton Health Access Initiative on access to essential medicines and leads All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative, a nonprofit he founded to support vulnerable communities.

Our volunteer board provides oversight, accountability, and guidance. Each member brings a background in service, ethics, or community development. A full list of board members and their bios will be published here soon.
School and Program Staff
Our team in Zambia includes dedicated teachers, cooks, and caretakers who form the heart of the All Is Grace School. These individuals bring warmth, structure, and love to the children’s daily lives.
We are also building a growing network of vocational instructors—artisans and craftspeople in carpentry, tailoring, metal fabrication, and jewellery making—who offer hands-on skills training rooted in real-world experience.
