How We Use Resources

We operate with low overhead, supported by volunteers and a small, committed team. Most resources flow directly into education, skills training, and trauma healing.

We prioritize steady, responsible growth. As the work expands, we aim to maintain simplicity in structure and clarity in reporting.

What Your Support Makes Possible

While we do not believe in reducing impact to numbers, we remain accountable for the resources entrusted to us. Donor funds help provide:

  • Daily meals for schoolchildren
  • Teacher salaries and classroom supplies
  • Tools and materials for vocational training
  • Safe spaces and materials for trauma workshops
  • Ongoing support for community-led initiatives
