AGCPI is organized as a North Carolina nonprofit corporation and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
The organization operates under a sole-member structure. This model provides clear legal responsibility while allowing for lean and efficient decision-making in a small, founder-led organization.
Executive Leadership
John Miller, Founder and Executive Director
John founded AGCPI to support long-term, community-rooted development in Ndola, Zambia. He is responsible for strategic direction, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and partnership development.
Oversight and Accountability
AGCPI is supported by a volunteer board that provides independent oversight and advisory input. Board members review financial activity, monitor compliance with nonprofit regulations, and offer guidance on long-term sustainability.
Because AGCPI operates under a sole-member structure, governance processes are intentionally streamlined. Formal meetings are held as needed, and oversight occurs through documented review of financial reports, filings, and strategic plans.

AGCPI is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors whose members bring experience across global health, research, community engagement, strategy, and trauma-informed practice. Together, they help steward the organization’s mission with care, practical wisdom, and a shared commitment to strengthening vulnerable communities.

John Miller serves as Founder and President/Treasurer of All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative. He brings both personal commitment and practical leadership to AGCPI’s mission, shaped by his direct involvement with the school and wider community in Ndola, Zambia. His vision for AGCPI reflects a deep belief that education, trauma healing, and skills training can work together to support lasting change for children, families, and communities.
Maria Dowle, Director of Advancement and Community Engagement
Maria Dowle serves on the Board of Directors of All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative and supports the organization’s advancement and community engagement efforts. She brings warmth, dedication, and a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships that strengthen AGCPI’s mission. Her perspective helps connect the organization’s work on the ground with the wider community of people who care about education, healing, and opportunity.
Takondwa Musa, Director of Learning and Impact
Takondwa Musa serves on the Board of Directors of All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative as Director of Learning and Impact. His work brings a strong research and evidence-informed perspective to AGCPI’s mission, especially in relation to education, human development, and the long-term forces that shape children’s lives. His presence on the board strengthens AGCPI’s commitment to thoughtful learning, clear impact, and practical approaches that support lasting change.
Melynda Watkins, Vice President
Melynda Watkins serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative. With deep experience in global health and access to essential medical products through her work at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, she brings strategic insight, practical wisdom, and a strong commitment to improving lives in underserved communities. Her presence on the board supports AGCPI’s mission to foster education, healing, and opportunity with care and integrity.
Margaret Louey, Secretary
Margaret Louey serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative. Her background spans global health, pharmaceutical development, and nonprofit strategy, including leadership experience through the Clinton Health Access Initiative and a volunteer partnership with Save the Children Australia. She brings a thoughtful and practical perspective to AGCPI’s work of strengthening communities through education, healing, and opportunity.
Kimberly Stowers, Director
Kimberly Stowers serves on the Board of Directors of All Is Grace Community Partnership Initiative. With a background in experimental psychology, research, coaching, and trauma-informed practice, she brings both analytical insight and deep compassion to AGCPI’s mission. Her perspective especially supports AGCPI’s commitment to trauma awareness and healing as part of strengthening families and communities.
